TRAFFORD is the host to the UK's largest conference for students considering a career in Healthcare.

The National Health Careers and Becoming a Dr team have organised a day of keynote talks, clinical skill sessions and workshops to help future and current healthcare students.

Over 15 organisations including universities, the General Medical Council, Medical Schools Council, British Medical Association, British Medical Journal and Royal Colleges will be supporting the event with speeches and workshops and guests will get the opportunity to participate in a live operating theatre experience.

To register visit: www.nationalhealthcareers.co.uk and www.becomingadr.co.uk for free resources.

It is the first year the event has taken place but it is hoped that with success the event will be held annually.

The conference is free for students and over 1000 are expected to attend.

The event will be held at the B.E.C Arena in Longbridge Road, Trafford Park, on October 7 between 10am and 5pm. More information can be found on it's website: becomingadr.co.uk/national-conference-and-exhibition-201
