A unique evening of classical and house music is coming to Manchester.
Suddi Raval, founder member of 90's dance act, Together has announced a special evening of live club music and classical instrumentation called ‘ClassicaL Uproar’.
Guests can enjoy an evening of dance music anthems, reinterpreted in a classical style, featuring a 25 piece orchestra led by BBC Philharmonic Orchestra conductor, Simon Robertshaw.
There will also be special guests including, Alison Limerick, Luke Neptune and Bekka from Nighgeist, and DJ sets from Phil Rose, Richard Moonboots and Jason Boardman and Mark XTC.
The night will take place on August 25 at The Church and Friary of St Francis (Gorton Monastery) in Gorton Lane in Manchester. The night will start at 7:30 and tickets are £30 if bought in advance. More information can be found on Classical Uproar’s Facebook page.
