STRETFORD Fire Station have responded to reports of a possible carbon monoxide leak in a ground floor flat in George Street, Urmston.
The incident happened just before 8.10pm on August 17.
Firefighters worked with Cadent Gas (formerly National Grid) to identify and locate the source of the gas leak in the property. The gas supply was isolated and the flat was ventilated.
Firefighters were on the scene for 1 hour, 10 minutes and a woman was taken to hospital for a precautionary check-up.
