Derelict flat fire in Timperley
FIREFIGHTERS dealt with a blaze in a derelict flat on Stockport Road, Timperley, at 1.34am on Sunday, July 23.
Three fire engines from Sale, Altrincham and Wythenshawe attended.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, a hose reel, a thermal imaging camera, ventilation fan and ladder to bring the fire under control. They remained at the scene for 90 minutes.
It is believed to have been deliberately started.
