A TEENAGE boy has been released on bail pending further enquiries after a man was stabbed to death.
Police were called to Royton Avenue, Sale, to reports a man had been stabbed, at 11.10pm on Thursday.
Officers attended and found a 34-year-old man with a stab wound to his neck.
He was given first aid by officers before he was taken to hospital where he later died.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder and has been released pending further enquiries.
