TRAFFORD Arts Association will showcase its members’ work at an event at the Chambers Waterside Arts Centre on Saturday, June 10 between 2 pm and 5 pm.

Drama societies and musical theatres will display their talent when Altrincham Little Theatre previews next season’s plays, Sale Choral Society and Gilbert and Sullivan Societies sing extracts from Iolanthe, Urmston musical Theatre perform excerpts from Annie and Sale Nomads promote their next big show, Oliver.

Trafford Arts Association has four choirs among its members. The Alma Singers will perform numbers from its 40th anniversary concert, and Sale Male Voice choir will reiterate its own popular numbers.

There will also be a display by the Meadway Singers and Urmston Choral Society.

The visual arts will be represented by Davyhulme Art Club with a Chinese Brush Demonstration, Davyhulme Camera Club with a collection of framed and unframed prints and Sale Photographic Society with a Sale Festival competition display.

Flower lovers will enjoy enjoy a chance to try flower corsage making courtesy of Sale Flower Club.
