SALE disability charity, Stockdales is holding a Vintage Afternoon Tea Party on Sunday June 11, from 1 – 3pm to celebrate summer.
The event, which is an Alice and Wonderland theme, is open to everyone and the charity encourages people to come along on the day.
All money raised go towards Stockdales’ work supporting children and adults with learning disabilities.
“After the success of last year’s afternoon tea, we’re really looking forward to this one,” said Natalie James, Stockdales’ fundraising manager.
“There’ll be sandwiches, lovely cake, fizz and tea and coffee – all served on china cups, saucers and plates. Vintage music playing in the background and we’ll have homemade cake stall, tombola, selfie booth, bouncy castle and games for the kids. Come along and join us.”
The event will take place at 34 Harboro Rd, Sale, M33 5AH. The entry fee is £1 per adult and children are free.
All refreshments will be individually priced, as will the bouncy castle but the games and selfie booth will be free.
Stockdales is accepting donations of homemade cakes for the cake stall on the day and tombola/raffle prizes which can be dropped off to Natalie James at the above address on Harboro Rd.
