CREWS put out a house fire in Urmston last night.
Engines from Stretford and Sale, along with a hydraulic platform from Whitehall, scrambled to Atkinson Road at around 9.50pm on Thursday March 23 to reports of a fire.
They found the blaze, which began in the chimney of the hose and spread.
Firefighters were at the scene for around one hour 10 minutes. No casualties have been reported.
