The stars are coming out of the Pink Ribbon Ball Manchester which will be held in Altrincham on Saturday March 25.

The evening will be hosted by Jessica Wright and Ore Oduba and will consist of a champagne reception, silent auction, dinner as well as a special performances by Alesha Dixon and Tallia Storm.

Alesha said: “It’s an absolute honour to be performing at the Pink Ribbon Ball Manchester and I’m extremely excited to be performing under the wings of Concorde G-BOAC aircraft. It is such a worthy and important cause.”

Teenage Scottish singer Tallia Storm will also be taking to the stage.

She said: “I’m thrilled to be supporting Breast Cancer Now at this fantastic fundraising event. Breast cancer is a disease which effects so many women in the UK, and I’m keen to help raise as much awareness and funds for research as I can. I’m really looking forward to the evening; it’s going to be a great party.”

All proceeds from the event will help Breast Cancer Now fund research to stop women dying of breast cancer.

Breast Cancer Now is the largest breast cancer charity in the UK, dedicated to funding pioneering research into this devastating disease.

Baroness Delyth Morgan, Chief Executive of Breast Cancer Now, said: “Right now, more women are being diagnosed with the disease than ever before and nearly 1,000 women in the UK die from breast cancer every month.

“That’s why fundraising events such as this are so important. As well as having a wonderful evening, this event is about raising money to fund Breast Cancer Now’s research into this devastating disease and we are very grateful for all of the support the event receives from our supporters in Manchester. We hope lots of people will join us on the night for a fabulous evening of entertainment and fundraising.”

Last year, the Pink Ribbon Ball Manchester was hosted by DJ Darren Proctor and the Manchester Cathedral event raised £125,000.

The first ever Pink Ribbon Ball in Manchester in 2015 raised an incredible £110,000 to help researchers keep working to find new ways to prevent, detect and treat breast cancer.
