Rachel Brown-Finnis with students on Fitness Friday
FLIXTON Girls School re-welcomed a special guest during a recent 'Fitness Friday' session.
The school promotes keeping fit and general wellbeing with the monthly fitness days, when students and staff are able to participate in a variety of sporting activities.
During the day, former England Women’s Senior goalkeeper, Rachel Brown-Finnis. called into the school as part of the Sky Sports for Living programme.
Her previous visits included the school's official 3G pitch launch, when she cut the opening ribbon.
Rachel participated with the girls on the new 3G pitch.
