A FIRE broke out in a car in Hale in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters were called to Lilac Road at around 1.30am on Friday September 30.
They found a car alight and used a hose reel to tackle the blaze.
Crews were at the scene for around 30 minutes.
It is believed the fire was caused by an electrical fault in the car.
No casualties have been reported.
