A Remembrance Poppy
THE British Legion needs people in Altrincham to volunteer to be collectors for this year's appeal, starting on October 29.
Jean Brookes, the Poppy organiser for Altrincham District, is holding a recruitment meeting at the community room at Tesco's Altrincham store, on Friday, October 7 from 4pm until 6pm.
Anyone who is interested should interested can attend for a chat and to get further details.
Alternatively, anyone who wants to have have a talk about volunteering can call Jean on 0161 903 9906.
