TWO people were treated for smoke inhalation following an early morning house fire in Sale.
Crews from Sale and Stretford were called to a home on Aintree Avenue at around 5.45am on Friday July 29.
A bedside lamp in a first floor bedroom had caught fire.
Firefighters used one hose reel and breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze and a fan to clear the smoke.
An ambulance was called and two people were treated for smoke inhalation at the scene.
Emergency services were on site for around 40 minutes.
