BRITAIN has voted to leave the EU – but Trafford voters bucked the trend and voted remain.
The official poll results reveal that 72,293 people in the borough voted Remain compared to 53,018 who voted ‘Out’.
A total of 125,400 Trafford residents turned out at the polling stations last night.
More to follow on Trafford’s politicians reaction to this morning’s announcement and David Cameron’s resignation.
