WORRIED pet owners are appealing for the public’s help in finding their elderly cat – who is 97 in human years.
Inky, 20, went missing from her owner’s home in Old Hall Road, Sale Moor, on Saturday April 23 and owner Keir Downes is desperate for her return.
The black moggie needs medication to control fits, is hard of hearing and has bad balance. Keir said: “We've been posting flyers through people letterboxes and speaking to local residents who have all been wonderful – a few have thought they'd seen her and people as keeping us updated through local internet pages and Facebook.
“We just really want her home. If anyone sees her they can call me at any time but we'd love it if people could take her in as she's very friendly and will be starving.”
Anyone who sees or finds Inky can get in touch via Streetlife, Pets Located, Facebook – Keir Downes or Grace Walker or call Keir on 07966 189 544.
