Daniel Gidney, Chief Executive of LCCC, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be welcoming Rihanna to Emirates Old Trafford. Her concert follows on from last year’s fantastic Foo Fighters gig which sold out within days. To have another world class musical act performing at our venue underlines our position as major player in attracting the very best artists to Manchester.
“Next summer promises to be another busy and exciting year for Emirates Old Trafford with the venue also hosting international cricket between England and Pakistan, plus Lancashire Lightning will be defending our NatWest T20 Blast title.”
