A GOOD day was had by everyone visiting the Trafford Allotment Federation Roadshow on July 25 in Eden Square, Urmston.
On display were lots of locally grown vegetables including mammoth onions and leeks.
Those attending included the Mayor and Mayoress and representatives from Macmillan Wellbeing Centre and allotment sites in the area.
There was a photographic display by the allotments officer.
Children enjoyed 'vegetable art' and freshly pressed apple juice was a big hit.
