JAMES Paul, 24, from Urmston, a graduate in games design from Staffordshire University, is to become a software developer with EON Reality.
Based at EON Reality’s European headquarters, James trained at the company’s VR Innovation Academy for the past year.
James said: “I’d never coded before but the EON Reality course was great because you’re put in groups straight away so you learn by working on projects rather than just being taught the theory. It’s more educational than work experience but you do get lots of practical training. It’s been an ambition of mine to work with 3D technology for a number of years so this is a dream come true.”
Ken Swain, EON Reality’s managing director in the UK said: “James is one of 10 students from the current course that we have been able to offer a 3D developer job to."
