A CHILDREN'S clothing boutique has taken advantage of an interest free loan scheme to relocate into Altrincham town centre.
Bumkins Designer Kids, has relocated to the town’s new pivotal retail location at Stamford House, from a shop at The Downs.
The boutique is the fourth retailer within this scheme to have taken advantage of funding from Trafford Council’s town centre loan scheme, which provides interest free loans of between and £10,000.
Victoria Fox of Bumkins Designer Kids, said: “We had outgrown our premises at The Downs and this new scheme met all our criteria, an excellent location in the town centre with additional retail and storage space.
"We have just opened and are enjoying welcoming new and existing customers to our new location and have received a lot of positive feedback”.
Daniel Lee director of Regional Property Solutions the retail letting agents, said: “The boutique complements the balanced mix of independent and multiple retailers in this niche retail location”.
"This is a welcome initiative from the council and as evidenced by this scheme it is having a positive impact.”
