A PARTINGTON man has been charged by police investigating an armed robbery in Northern Moor.
Paul Sheridan, 44, of Oak Road, has been charged with the robbery of a Spar convenience store on Moorcroft Road, on February 11.
During the robbery three men wearing balaclavas, one brandishing a machete, entered the store.
Shortly after the robbery, officers were able to locate and arrest a 33-year-old, a 44-year-old, a 23-year-old and a 28-year-old man on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Three other men have since been bailed pending further enquiries.
