A SALE restaurant held a charity night that raised £1,061 for Francis House Hospice.
Linguine Restaurant in Northenden Road laid on prize giveaways and a classical pianist on January 19, during an ambient fundraising evening for the Manchester charity.
The event was well-supported by local businesses, including Stefan's jewellers of Northenden Road, Colin Gibson of Looking to Rent, Craig Walker of J P Joule and Raj of Bombay Spice.
