Free Sew Recycled classes
RECYCLE for Greater Manchester has partnered with Junk Shop to provide free sewing skills classes.
The Sew Recycled classes aim to encourage Greater Manchester residents to get behind a sewing machine, pick up a needle and thread and get creative with their wardrobe.
As well as learning sewing skills, the classes promote the importance of donating and recycling their unwanted clothes and textiles instead of throwing them in the bin.
A sewing session will be held at Partington Library and Wellbeing Centre, Central Road, from 3.45pm to 6.45pm on February 9.
