ALTRINCHAM'S Loose Change Buskers raised £60 for Cancer Research UK when they played at Handsworth retirement home in Bowdon on Friday (December 12), £548 when they played in Urmston's Eden Square on Saturday and £969 when they played at the Tesco store in Altrincham on Sunday.
The buskers are playing at Parkfield Court, Didsbury, today (Thursday), the Stamford Quarter in Altrincham on Saturday from 10am, The Polars in Altrincham on Saturday from 7.30pm and Withington Artisan Market on Sunday from 10am.
A busy weekend concludes with a gig at Wellgreen Lodge in Hale on Sunday night.
