A LAS Vegas style evening of entertainment and professional boxing is planned at the Trafford Centre's Events City venue, on January 31, 2015.

The event, which is being organised by Altrincham businessman James Lindemann, is billed to feature a mixture of boxing, live music and stage shows.

Guests will include stars from the world of boxing, football and television, with promoters claiming local charities including Once Upon A Smile and Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity, would benefit.

Lindemann, established his events organisation, Manchester Sports and Entertianment, in June 2014, after leaving a15 year career as an executive head hunter, to follow his passion for producing sport and entertainment events.

He explained: “I have been to Vegas many times and found myself networking and subsequently meeting some highly influential music and boxing moguls.

“I have also surrounded myself with event, media and business experts, the best in what they do, and we have a really strong team, sharing the same goals of delivering an excellent night for Manchester.”

The night will attended by pro boxer and award winning pundit, Paul Malignaggi who is a respected boxing pundit and commentator

He will open the event’s exclusive four professional boxing bouts, as the black tie audience enjoy a delicious three course meal.

The event itself will be hosted by Talk Sport's Dom McGuinness.

Mr Lindemann says well known boxers confirmed to attend include Scott Quigg, Anthony Crolla, Tommy Coyle, Josh Warrington and Johnny Nelson and trainer Joe Gallagher.

The night promises to be one of seamless fun with Vegas style showgirls, top magicians performing and various celebrity guests from the likes of Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and Emmerdale in attendance.

He added: "The event will be something that Manchester has never experienced before. We have so much going on under one roof and I'm hoping we will raise a lot of money for some very worthy local charities.
