TRAFFORD residents can find out more about the Healthier Together proposals and have their say on the future of NHS services in the borough.

A ‘Question Time’ style debate will take place on September 22 at The Life Centre in Sale from 7pm to 8.30pm. where a panel of experts will be questioned about the proposals. There will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions at the end, or pre-submit questions before the event.

Trafford’s second public consultation event takes place at the Waterside Arts Centre in Sale on September 24 from 6pm to 8pm. Those will hear all about the proposals, how they will affect Trafford specifically and have an opportunity to ask questions.

Dr Nigel Guest, chief clinical officer at Trafford CCG, said: “Although changes have already taken place in Trafford through the New Health Deal, we would encourage Trafford people to have their say on the changes that could affect them as a patient at some of the other hospitals across GM.”
