A HIGH-end property developer has purchased a site in Sale for residential development.

Altin Homes bought the two acre Northenden Road site, which backs on to Worthington Park, from Trafford Council.

Known for its luxury homes, Altin has recently introduced the 'Bijou Collection', properties which are smaller than the company's super-homes, but have been designed with the same attention to detail and feature contemporary styling.

The new homes in Sale will be part of this collection.

Plans for the development are still in the early stages but Altin expects to build a mix of apartments and family homes, with building work expected to start early next year.

In the meantime, the developer is making use of the site having moved its offices to a large Victorian property which forms part of the site.

This is a temporary move while Altin Homes builds its new head office in Altrincham town centre.

Mohammad Khoy, managing director of Altin Homes, said: “We are delighted to have acquired this land in Sale which is such a vibrant area.

"The site is in a leafy, mature residential area with the benefit of being within walking distance of Sale Moor and Sale town centre.

“Our new Bijou Collection significantly raises the quality bar and we are excited about bringing it to the area. We are sure it will have great appeal to local families.”
