SKYDIVING could be a flying success with the kids this summer thanks to the Airkix indoor centre at Trafford Park.
This summer’s Airkix Kidz Camps are for children up to 16 and offer five flights, freefalling in a safe environment.
The UK’s first purpose-built wind tunnel is not just for youngsters though – it’s an adrenalin-fuelled experience suitable for all the family, whatever their ages.
Used by skydivers worldwide, Airkix instructors have represented the UK in skydiving events and produced world champions.
They have also helped to train a skydiving team where all members are missing limbs.
The centre is open to all groups including first timers, the military, corporate and stag and hen parties .
