A DUNHAM Massey attraction is looking to recruit a jury of 12, as it celebrates its 12th anniversary with a young reporters contest.

Red House Farm wants to find 12 children who will write a report about their journey through its wonderful maize maze, which this year draws inspiration from Lewis Carroll’s ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’.

The pattern cut out of the maze forms the outline of what could be the world’s largest white rabbit and covers an acreage the size of six football pitches.

The junior reporters will need to capture the mood of walking through it within their reports.

Each volunteer reporter will be rewarded with a free entry to the maze and a free laser quest session while at Red House Farm.

Written reports will be used online at redhousefarm.co.uk and video reports will be used on YouTube.

The best overall report will then win a special trophy.

The deadline for the submission of reports is August 20 and the first 12 to apply will become the ‘jury’.
