A blooming great talk
REPRESENTATIVES from Altrincham In Bloom will be giving advice as part of the Manchester Dig The City Festival.
On the final Sunday, in St Ann’s Square, between 1pm and 2 pm, Sean Harkin of the National Trust, Ian Bocock of Incredible Edible sand a representative from Urban Green, will give tips in a talk entitled Take Back Your Town with Flowers and Veg.
For two months Altrincham in Bloom have been taking responsibility for the planters and green spaces in Altrincham town centre, and have removed 1500 bags of rubbish.
Admission is free and the Dig The City Festival runs until August 10.
