ALMOST 100 new homes are to be built in Trafford.
The announcement comes following confirmation that Adactus Housing Group has been awarded a £22m grant from the Homes andCommunities Agency’s affordable homes programme for 2015-18.
More than 1,000 other homes are to be built on sites across the North West agreed with the relevant local authority, which in return receive rights to nominate the tenants for the new properties.
Adactus chief executive, Paul Lees, said: ‘I’m delighted that the HCA has given us one of the largest grant allocations of any housing association in the country."
