THE Vegetarian Society's Cordon Vert cookery school in Altrincham is running special courses from its 'Flavours of' series in September.

The courses provide the opportunity to increase vegetarian cookery skills, recipe repertoire and relive the tastes of summer holiday food.

Flavours of the Caribbean takes place on September 14 while Flavours of Italy is on September 21.

Flavours of Mexico runs on September 28 with the final course, Flavours of Spain, October 5.

The Cordon Vert cookery school, part of the Vegetarian Society, is the world's premier vegetarian cookery school. Cordon Vert teaches both the general public and professionals the many aspects of vegetarian cuisine through workshops held at its Altrincham school.
