POLICE have released CCTV images of three people they wish to speak to in connection with an assault outside a Sale pub.
At around 12.50am on April 19, officers were called to the Bulls Head Pub, on Cross Street, to deal with two groups of men who were fighting in the street.
Door staff had split up a fight inside the premises and ejected the offenders, only for the brawling to continue outside.
Officers found a man unconscious on the floor with head injuries.
Det Con Dave Woods said: "This was a serious assault and must have been shocking for anyone who witnessed it.
"The incident descended into full scale brawl in the street and resulted in a man suffering a quite serious head injury, so we are keen to bring these people to justice.
"If you are one of the people in the photographs, or believe you can identify them, please contact us as soon as possible."
