WORK has been completed on a sheltered housing development in Sale, which has been named after Sale policewoman Fiona Bone, who was killed in a gun and grenade attack in 2012.
Fiona Gardens, a £7m 71-unit extra care development on Atkinson Road, is close to where Fiona lived.
The work was carrieD out for Trafford Housing Trust (THT) by Wates Living Space. THT has also named Wates Living Space as its preferred build partner for the development of nine new homes, also on Atkinson Road.
The contract further strengthens the eight year partnership between Wates and Trafford Housing Trust.
