CORONATION Street actress Sally Dynevor called in at Hale Day Nursery to support its ‘Genesis Tea Party Challenge’.
Parents and children baked cakes for an afternoon tea party.
The party, along with a raffle offering prizes of a hamper, wine, chocolates and vouchers, all donated by parents, raised more than £500.
The award-winning Hale Day Nursery is part of the Altrincham-based Elmscot Group of Nurseries and School’s Out out-of-school clubs.
Sally is a patron of Genesis which is the UK's only charity entirely dedicated to the prediction and prevention of breast cancer.
