CHRISTIE fundraisers have thanked Hale people for their generosity after raising £933 at a collection in the village on Saturday, March 29.
All money raised will go towards the purchase of a new Cliniporator, which will cost £90,000.
The machine will give more options to patients with metastatic nodules on or close to the surface of their skin.
