THE Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce has began its search for the Building of the Year 2014.
Manchester businesses are now invited to put forward their nominations, which the organisation will judge on construction, design, sustainability credentials and economic and community benefits.
An ‘Apprentice of the year’ will also be crowned by the organisation.
Award-winners will be announced at the Hilton Manchester, Deansgate, in October.
Mike Gibson, chairman of the judging committee said: “Over the years, we’ve seen some excellent examples of buildings epitomising the very best of construction and design in our region.”
The deadline for entries is June 27.
