EMIRATES Old Trafford is throwing open its doors on May 17.

The grassroots of the game will be on display at as the home of Lancashire County Cricket Club on ‘ Trafford Day’ from 2.15pm, when the club will host a showcase recreational T20 match between the Central Lancashire League representative XI and the Last Man Stands XI.

This will be a great opportunity for the amateur players of the sport to show their skills and passion for the game in front of a large crowd.

Following this game, Lancashire Lightning will pit their wits against Worcestershire Rapids (7pm) to mark the start of their NatWest T20 Blast home campaign.

Throughout the day, there will be a number of activities to keep everybody entertained and the FA Cup Final will also be on video screens throughout the ground.
