SEVENTY eight people were evacuated from the Kellogg’s factory in Trafford Park on Thursday night (March 20) after a fire there.
Nine crews - including fire engines from Sale and Stretford - were called to a fire involving ducting in the building.
Firefighters stayed at the scene to make sure the fire, which affected the fifth and sixth floors of the factory on Park Road.
The evacuation was carried out as a precaution and an investigation is under way to establish the exact cause of the fire.
Crews from Salford, Gorton, Eccles and Moss Side attended the incIdent.
