PEOPLE can now take the weight off their feet when strolling through Timperley Green park.
Village ward councillor Tony Fishwick has had four wooden benches installed along the pathway.
Cllr Fishwick said: “The users of Timperley Green are delighted with these new benches and they will be an asset during the spring and summer, in fact all year round.
“I am so delighted with the comments from all the people who use this lovely park area and I am grateful for the help in getting these benches and having them fitted.”
