SALE based charity Stockdales is urging local people to put on their dancing shoes and go back in time for a GI Jive night at St John the Divine Church Hall, 186 Brooklands Road, Sale, on March 28 at 7.30pm.
Natalie James, fundraising manager for Stockdales said: "This is a fantastic evening which we have held for the past couple of years.
"It sees people of all ages coming together and having a great time. Ian and Sheila who run GI Jive teach people how to do the dances. It’s a lot of fun.”
The GI Jive night is organised by volunteers at the chariity, which supports people with severe disabilities.
