Barton Renewable Energy Plant backed by the High Court
A HIGH Court judge has ruled that a decision made to grant planning approval to a biomass plant proposal in Trafford by the Communities Secretary Eric Pickles was sound.
The judgement was made in the Manchester Civil Court on 24 February 2014.
