Cooking up breakfast in Bowdon for MP Graham Brady

ALTRINCHAM and Sale West MP Graham Brady was guest speaker at the second joint Men’s and Ladies’ Cooked Breakfast at the Parish Centre, in Bowdon.

A record 62 full English breakfasts were cooked by the parish centre kitchen staff for the Men’s and Ladies’ Breakfast groups and their guests.

The MP was introduced by a member of the Ladies’ Breakfast group who spoke of the significant events of his Parliamentary and constituency career.

Mr Brady spoke about Parliament, democracy and community, and praised such local community events as this, stating that many people had committed a lot of their time and contributed their skills in order to stage such events showing how vibrant these communities are.

The talk was well received and stimulated many questions from the audience, even eliciting from one member an endorsement of his integrity and a prayer for continued success in his aims.
