Donate your old spectacles as an Act of Kindness
A STRETFORD opticians is asking the public to donate their old and unwanted glasses as part of Random Acts of Kindness Week, which runs until Sunday.
Specsavers, in Stretford Mall, will be setting up collection bins in the store for the public to hand over their old specs for a worthwhile cause.
The glasses are then recycled and the money raise will help to fund the important work carried out by Vision Aid Overseas in developing countries.
