A COURT hearing brought by Trafford Council to challenge the government's decision on Barton Renewable Energy Plant (BREP) has begun in Manchester.
The case against the decision to grant planning permission to Peel Energy's BREP will be heard at the city's Civil Justice Courts from February 10-11.
