THE British Heart Foundation is calling on the public to ‘Ramp up the Red’ and join the fight for every heartbeat.
Since the beginning of the week there have been exercise classes across the eight leisure centres in Trafford, including zumba, and for the remainder of the week, Trafford Community Leisure Trust has asked all Zest health and fitness members to kindly donate and wear something red to each class.
Today, Friday, February 7, British Heart Foundation is urging everyone to go red to raise funds that will go directly towards vital research, support and care for those suffering with heart disease.
Whether it’s wearing red make up, a red dress or simply painting your nails red, the British Heart Foundation is encouraging people to join in the fun in the hope of achieving £10,000 by April.
