THE multi award-winning Altrincham Creative Theatre School welcomed a special guest in the shape of World War Two veteran Frank Tolley, MBE.
He talked to the group about his experiences flying Lancaster bombers during the war.
Many people will be unaware that Frank has also been very strong supporters of ACTS since it first begin back in 2010.
This year he decided to give a donation to the group which will go towards staging its two main productions.
Frank attended a rehearsal of Volunteers of Eve the play that ACT II, will perform this year, and was very impressed with what he saw.
Volunteers of Eve will be performed at North Cestrian Grammar School in Altrincham from March 13-14 at 7.30pm. ACT I, the younger group, will perform their comedy Clueless at the same venue from March 11-12 at 7pm.
