BOWDON History Society’s next meeting takes place at 8pm on February 10 at Bowdon Downs Church, Bowdon Road, Altrincham WA14 2AH.
Bernard Dennis will give a talk on ‘Sir Thomas Egerton: Keeper of the Queen's Conscience’.
The pedestrian and wheelchair access is from Bowdon Road. There is some parking on Bowdon Road, with additional parking on Woodville Road and Higher Downs.
Members can also use Altrincham Girls' Grammar School car park on Bowdon Road. Visitors are welcome.
