HEART Research UK has launched a new interactive education programme to deliver a healthy heart message to primary schools in Manchester.

The programme will last for one year, with hour-long interactive sessions. Information will be delivered through fun activities to teach children about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and diet.

Sharon Bright, appointed by Heart Research UK as the school speaker coordinator, said: “It will reinforce the good lifestyle habits that children should pick up at an early age.”

Any schools interested in hosting a session should contact Sharon on 0113 297 6214 or email her at schools@heartresearch.org.uk.
