SHOPPERS are being urged to come down to Altrincham’s Vintage Market on Sunday.

It will boast a wide selection of stalls selling top-quality vintage clothes, homewares, jewellery and furniture, plus a mouthwatering display of locally-produced food and drink. Admission is free.

Other attractions include a café, a vintage tea room and live music, plus plenty of crafts to keep the children occupied.

This year, the market is going to be open every Sunday around four rotating themes per month: Home, house and garden (including flowers and plants); north west regional farmers, producers and makers; vintage fashion and furniture; and crafters, producers and makers.

Next Sunday sees the return of the popular handmade market and bookings are currently being taken for: home, house and garden on February 2 and March 2; regional farmers, producers and makers on February 9 and March 9; vintage fashion and vintage furniture on February 16 and March 16; crafters, producers and handmade on January 26, February 23, and March 23; There will be a special Mother’s Day market on March 30.
