A PLANNING application has been made in order to redevelop the L&M business park on Norman Road, Altrincham.
Morrison Homes Ltd and L&M Ltd would like to: Convert the existing Boiler House into 17 apartments; erect 24 apartments between retained gable ends of the existing Travel Bay building; reserve the existing Linotype Office Building as offices; demolish other buildings; erect 127 new dwellings and construct associated access roads, car parking and site landscaping.
The application has been submited to Trafford Council and a final decision is expected by the end of February.
